RJ Vapes. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. At RJ Vapes, we take compliance and safety seriously. Because vape and nicotine products are regulated under both federal and Michigan law, special requirements apply to how these products can be shipped. All orders must follow strict age‑verification and delivery rules.
Age Verification
- By placing an order on this site, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, the minimum age required to purchase vapor products in Michigan and under federal law.
- We require age verification before completing any order.
- Orders placed without successful verification will be canceled.
Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment and age verification are completed.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) may begin processing the next business day.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
- Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Costs are based on the shipping method selected, the delivery address, and order weight/size.

Shipping Options & Carriers
- Due to federal shipping restrictions under the
PACT Act, the United States Postal Service (USPS)
cannot be used to deliver vape or nicotine products directly to consumers.
- We use licensed and compliant private carriers that can verify the age of the recipient and meet legal requirements for transporting regulated products.
- An adult (21+) signature is required at delivery for all vape product shipments. If no eligible adult is available to sign, delivery will be reattempted or returned.
Shipping Restrictions
- We ship
only within the United States and only to states where online shipment of vape products is permitted.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes because an adult signature is required.
- Orders cannot be delivered where state or local law prohibits vape product delivery.
- RJ Vapes is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.
- Tracking may show carrier processing times and delivery attempts.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- RJ Vapes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages & Delivery Issues
- RJ Vapes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy
Vape and nicotine products are regulated; for safety and legal reasons, they cannot be returned once shipped. Our Terms and Condition Policy provides additional detailed information about your options.
